They lived in another state. He didn't sign the mediation agreement. He moved to a different state. He won't pay child support, retirement nothing. She is stagnant. What can she do? She still has her attorney in another state but he dropped his. Can her attorney still make him home the mediation agreement?

She already has an attorney who knows much more than you have told me. She should ask her own attorney. That person is in a much better position, already knowing all of the facts, than I am. If someone moves to another state in the middle of a court case, that person will probably lose.
