What to do if my husband doesn't sign divorce papers?

More details to this question:
I have started the process and there a some papers that he needs to sign before I can get court date, but he won't sign them. One is a financial affidavit and a few more papers. So will I be able to get divorce if he doesn't sign these papers? What can I do?

FOR WEST VIRGINIA ONLY: If the opposing party to a divorce action is properly served, and does not cooperate in obtaining the divorce on the grounds of irreconcilable differences, you may be able to obtain the divorce on other grounds, such as one-year separation.

Certify to the Court that you presented them to him and that he refuses to sign them.. then request a default divorce.. If you do not know how to do this hire an attorney.

He doesn't have to sign anything. You file, he can respond. If he doesn't you can ultimately get a default order.
