When will this divorce be finalized if they received my package in November 2013?

More details to this question:
I filed for divorce and default judgment. The Court's Website says they are processing judgments from December 2013.

I am not sure what package you are talking about. If it is the request to enter default judgment it is impossible to tell you when it will be complete, but it should be soon (each court has its own backlog.) If yours was sent in Nov 2103 and you have not received it back there could be a problem. Contact the court clerk.

I am assuming you filed in Los Angeles? Check the online docket for your case in particular. Default judgments are subject to high scrutiny, so perhaps there was a problem that requires correction. Or if the online docket says your Judgment was entered, you can get a copy directly from the Courthouse.

Only the court knows. But there may be a problem so you ought to go to the court and find out
