Where do I get the forms to file for dissolution of marriage?

More details to this question:
My spouse and I are looking to get a Dissolution. We agree on everything and have no children together. I was told to go to the Domestic Relations building to get the forms to file but then online it tells me to go to the Clerks Court building.

FOR WEST VIRGINIA ONLY: You can obtain the forms for a divorce from the local Circuit Clerk's Office, or on line at the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals website.

Every court has different names for the appropriate building. You should go to your county court website and look for the Family law department. You can also obtain the basic forms on line as they are used state wide but check for local forms on the court's website.
