how and where do i file at. and where should i go we live in to diernet countys now and im paying cild support

You need to file in the county in which you live.  All of the proceedings will occur form that county.  Sometimes custody and child support issues get changed to the county in which the child lives, but the initial divorce will have to file in the county in which you live.
