While we're still married, does he have to give me any support?

More details to this question:
I got Social Security Disability since 2004. He was abusing drugs and I left for the second time. I have to live with my mom in her basement or with a drug abuser. He makes three times more than I do on disability. We have no children together.

In Colorado he is legally responsible for supporting you, but until there is as court order defining what his specific obligation is he doesn't have to do anything. You need to file for a divorce so that his obligation can be decided.

you can file an action (either for divorce or for support) to compel support; however, the easiest way to do it is to apply for State services. If you get services, the State will take him to court to help support your child.
