Who would get the furniture?

More details to this question:
We are getting a divorce and she bought the expensive living room furniture from her unemployment money she was receiving. I only want to take love seat. She doesn't want to give me anything. I just want to know if it's all hers or we can split.

If bought during marriage it is community property. Half of the furniture is yours.

You are each entitled to half the value of the community property. If she takes more than half the value in property, she needs to pay you the difference.

Everything acquired during the marriage is presumed to be community property and can be divided by the court. Unemployment funds are considered the same as earned income - community property. I suggest you hire a lawyer.
