Why is my uncontested divorce taking so long?

I filed for a Divorce back in February of this year, my soon to be ex husband and I have filed everything that was requested of us and we are still waiting for a court date. We are fighting over nothing and just want it to be done and over with, there are no children involved, all I requested was to have my maiden name back. I have called the county clerk's office several times in to inquire the status. All they are telling us it to wait until the court contacts us. What is taking so long to get a court date?
