Will my divorce be granted if the petitioner shows up?

More details to this question:
Husband filed. He did not show up for first mitigation judge ordered second and he didn't show up now we have a show cause for civil contempt.

It is a contempt hearing not a divorce hearing. The divorce would be granted at a hearing set for it. In order to advise correctly any attorney would need to see all relevant documents.

Your divorce will be granted if you are prepared to testify as to your residency in your county in California and that there are irreconcilable differences which cannot be resolved. You need to talk to a paralegal or an attorney to make sure all your paper work is in order.
