In my mom's divorce will she get anything from my father. He gets 4,000 in pension and i was told that just because they get divorced doesn't mean she will get anything from him? he has cheated multiple times and he is with someone right now and they aren't divorced.

That can't be answered without a lot more information. When was the pension earned? How? Were they married at the time.
Whether or not he cheated has nothing to do with the economic distribution.
