Will there be any problem with my husband if I go abroad?

I am Indian and stay in Hyderabad, I got married in 2011 and I am working women and my husband works for a pharmacy company. After 3 months of my marriage, my husband and mother-in law started harassing me for my salary and jewelry, which was gifted by my parents in marriage. Then we got clashes got separated from my in law and staying separately. But after few days my husband started harassing me for going back to his home but I told him I will not come back. Then he started not taking care of me and all the house expenses are taken care of me like rent, provisions etc. He did not spent a penny on me from my marriage until today and once I committed suicide because of his behavior. He stopped loving me and I got adjusted for everything and recently I got conceived and he says he don’t have any relation with the baby and doubts me, he is calling me using abusive language because of all these I was aborted. I lost my 11 weeks baby only because of him, so I decided to take divorce as it hurt me a lot and I got job in Malaysia and would like to leave from here. Will there be any problem with him if I go abroad in this present situation?
