Would I need an annulment or a divorce

More details to this question:
Prior to me getting married I cheated on my fiancé and I had innaopriate conversation with some women. She discovered this last week. While on our honeymoon I discovered her sending nude pictures and different things to her ex boyfriend up until the day before our wedding. She is saying she wants a divorce now. Also she has found a way to get into my personal cell phone information and has been seeing who I have text is that criminal? I didn't authorize it. Thanks

Texas Family Code Sections 6.012 through 6.111 give the grounds for an annulment. It doesn't sound like your case fits under that law based on the information you've provided. However, you could get an uncontested divorce if you both agree.
