My Liscense in Michigan is suspended. I went o he DMV in 2012 after moving from Missouri where I did have driving violations but I have long since cleared them up. Michigan Calhoun county said I was suspended due to a child support order from years ago mid 2000’s. I went to the friend of the court paid the $45 to release the order and have them fax the DMV. The FOC also gave me a copy of the release. Now it’s 2020 and they are telling me that FOC never faxed over the proper paperwork and the copy I have is not sufficient. I went back to the FOC and they tell me that they sent it and it shows they received it so and they couldn’t send it because it’s not on file anymore but they gave me a printout of when I paid. I was hoping someone could represent me with the SOS and get my Liscense back.
