QUESTION

Can I do anything legally against my DUI arrest?

Asked on Apr 03rd, 2013 on DUI/DWI - California
More details to this question:
I was arrested for DUI and driving on revoked license. The officer wrote in his report that he saw me pull into and abandoned driveway. When the officer approached me I was walking down a flight of stairs to a house, when he asked me who did I know that lived there. From that conversation he asked me if I had been drinking.

Based on these facts you have defenses that may help you avoid conviction, you should contact a DUI attorney in your area as soon as possible since you have important rights that must be exercised within 10 days of your arrest.

I would need to see the police reports in order to find out why the police approached you in the first place, in order to answer this question.

Yes. You need to hire a DUI specialist, and do it soon because you have only 10 days to save your license from further suspension. They have a circumstantial case, a you need a lawyer who knows what he is doing to defend you.
