You or your attorney can request an extension, but it will be up to the judge to decide whether to grant it.

Did you pay anything or did you ignore completely? If the court thinks that you are trying to get it paid in good faith, then they will give you an extension.

You can, but you or your lawyer needs to go see the Judge before the deadline to ask for an extension.

You will have to go back to court and seek additional time. Granted it will be up to the discretion of the judge, but if you wait until they come after you your task will be much more difficult. Be proactive and keep the court informed.

You need to contact your attorney, or hire a DUI lawyer, every county handles these matters differently, you may be able to make payments, you have to make arrangements through a third party to make payments. It sounds like you need to appear before the judge before you violate your probation by not complying with the terms and conditions of your probation.
