Yes, you can. The normal jail sentence is 96 hours to 6 months.

Usually no, but if there is a refusal and/or accident, the prosecutor may ask for jail time. Regardless, you need to hire a DUI specialist, and do it soon because you have only 10 days to save your license.

In Colorado- you can serve up to a year in county jail for a first offense DUI, without any aggravating circumstances, such as an accident or high Blood Alcohol Level. If you are willing to complete an alcohol treatment program all or a portion of the time may be suspended (meaning you would not have to complete it).

Yes. The maximum sentence for a first offense DUI is 6 months, it is rare that a person is sentenced to the maximum BUT many counties do not offer non-custodial alternatives to jail, so jail is what they require.
