More details to this question:
I have a DUI fine it has gone into collection, and I have FTA and FTP. I was incarcerated for something else so I could not pay or go to court. Can I still just do jail and pay the fine off that way even though it has went to collections already?

It depends how long it has been, but I would guess no if it has already been turned over for collections.

That is entirely up to the judge when you go deal with the arrest warrant and new failure to appear charges.
