Can my vehicle get the 10 day impoundment if someone else got a DUI while driving it?

More details to this question:
My boyfriend got a DUI while driving my vehicle and I'm worried about it getting impounded for 10 days. This is my vehicle and he is not on the title, he stays with me but we do not technically live together. The vehicle is the only one I have and it’s my way of getting to and from work. I have my 2 yer old daughter I need transportation for.

Yes. But you can go in front of the Judge and claim hardship. Most judges will waive it under your facts.
