Can the police without my consent test my urine for drugs or obtain my hospital test results?

I was in an accident. Single vehicle crash. I did have two passengers. Neither seriously hurt or needing to be hospitalized. I did go get checked out. The tested my urine saying it was a pregnancy test. I had already admitted to drinking and driveling. Later at the police station (they took me for the dui that I blew a .13 on my breathalyzer test) they said since it was Sunday It would be better to stay being housed until the following(Monday) day to attend court where some of my charges may be dropped? At that time, my boyfriend went to the hospital (possibly faking it because he was getting arrested on a warrant for parole violation he was buying time before jail. But then said he was not hurt and went to the jail no injuries). Monday I was in court they charged me with driving while suspended and failure to drive within lanes. No DUI? Why not and can they drug test the urine sample they asked for to make sure I was not pregnant before housing me in the dorms to await. Court without my consent to a drug test? I gave them the breathalyzer. What do they need more for? Also they gave my boyfriend a driving while suspended charge and he has a suspended sentence! I know it’s a mess. But I WAS DRIVING AND I WRECKED NOT HIM? How can they charge him and myself and can they get my results from the hospitals or the jails pregnancy tests if they infraction drug testes without my consent? Please help I need answers! Thank you.
