In Nevada, you can have your DUI conviction sealed two years after your absolute release from probation or suspended sentence. Once your record is sealed, the crime is deemed never to have been committed. Therefore, on a job or housing application, you can answer no if asked whether you have been arrested or convicted of a crime. Sealing your criminal record also restores any revoked civil rights.
