I received a DWI and want to know if it appears on my driving record, and if it does, how long does it remain?

Yes, a DWI will show up on your driving record. In Missouri, a DWI conviction remains on your driving record forever.

In California a DUI will appear on your driving record if you are convicted in court or you lose (or fail to request) an administrative hearing. The DUI will remain on your driving record for life, it can be used to enhance any additional DUI charges for ten years.

Yes it does. It will forever be on your driving record for reason that subsequent DWI convictions carry with them increasingly harsh penalties. In many states, your 3rd or 4th DWI results in felony charges.
