As for the court case, drug DUIs are not easy to prove, because there isn't a specific level that the law deems is the legal limit (like there is in alcohol). Plus, drug concentration is not easy to measure, and it is hard to prove exactly when you smoked it. Having said all this, you absolutely need to hire a DUI specialist. Without proper representation, you will still be convicted.
