More details to this question:
On 5/8/14 sometime in the early morning I fell asleep and sideswiped my van which was impounded. I was not given a sobriety or breathalizer test. In fact the police gave me a ride home. Anyone please He asked he if I had been drinking to which I said no , then asked if I had taken medication which I said yes.

It appears you were not arrested so there should be no problem. There is no probable. Size for a criminal charge
