Hire an attorney in CA. On misdemeanors and infractions, your attorney can appear in court without the defendant being present. YOU still would have to comply with all penalties and requirements imposed by the court or DMV in order to get back your license. If serious about hiring counsel to help in this, and if this is in So-Cal courts, feel free to contact me. If you have let this go to the point a warrant was issued, the attorney will also have to deal with that.
