I am currently on court supervision. One of the conditions is the I cannot violate any criminal statute. I recently got victimized by simple battery. Does this violate my supervision? I made the police report.
If you were the victim, then it is very unlikely that you violated any restrictions. But the story always looks different after a bit of time passes. You probably are obliged to report any police contact to your P.O. or other supervisor. You should follow the rules closely.
If you were the victim of a crime, why would you think this would violate the terms and conditions of your probation? If you committed the battery, you have violated the terms and conditions of your conditional release (probation).
