If I was arrested for DUI Section A only, in CA, will it show up on my background check?

More details to this question:
I was arrested for dui section a only. Charges have not been filed. I am in the works for an internship with the county, Riverside mental health facility. Can this disqualify me?

Will it show up? Of course. Every arrest, charge and conviction becomes part of your permanent record in the DOJ database. If no charges were filed, it should have no effect on you.

In some databases it will show up as the rest but no charges in most database is it won't show up at all how this affects your internship would have to be discussed with them.

Usually they only ask about convictions, but I do not know what their qualifications are.

Yes they can. It will show up soon enough. You need to hire a DUI specialist ASAP, becasue you have only 10 days to save your license.
