Is it possible to get a DUI dismissed if I was underage?

More details to this question:
I turned 21 since I was arrested for DUI, last month. Since I was underage at the time is there any hope of getting it dismissed and not on my record?

No. You should under law not have had any alcohol in your system.

No, there is not. It's a zero tolerance conviction. They stay on your record in case you get another drunk driving conviction after you are of age. Then, if you get another one, the Secretary of State revokes your license for a year because they count the zero tolerance conviction you had when you were underage. I am sorry I could not give you better news.

Nope. Age is not a defense. Best chance of getting is dismissed is hiring a great DWI trial attorney.

It's much worse if you are underage. Any alcohol in your system makes you guilty. Get a lawyer and handle this in court. It won't be dismissed.

In the state of Washington being under age actually could get the charge of DUI change to a Minor operating a vehicle after alcohol consumption charge which is better then a regular DUI case depending on the facts of the case.

There is certainly no advantage whatsoever to receiving a DUI while you are under age. Most probably it is going to be on your driver's record and be following you for most of your life.
