I have had a North Carolina, then Texas , and last 12 years Rhode Island DL, all in good status when changed address, however I had issues in Pennsylvania from before I was ever had a dl. I went to renew RI last week, they now use NDR database, does Texas use this same program now, Do I stand a chance of getting a Texas License, my PA problem is confusing, Sr., Jr., and 3rd, more than 1 profile with similar names, lost info, while i am waiting for a specialist to look further for the 3rd time in 15 years, I for the first time since 89 am not a valid driver. My job requires me to travel, and it does not matter what state, but need valid dl. My father had a bad driver history, but managed to keep Texas DL, Do all states now use this database and if so does are there states that don’t share info with others, I also am told Minnesota is a scenario similar to Texas. Any Help?
It's a gray area. Technically, Texas should uphold the suspension, but you never know if they are going to look. They are government employees after all.
