Is it possible to get my DUI case from 2010 reviewed and possible reduced?

I received a 5-year suspension and would like to move to a different state for a job opportunity.

Probably not but it does not hurt to have a lawyer ask the prosecutor in your case.

Likely not. You should contact an attorney that handles criminal cases, and ask that person. First, getting any DUI reduced to any thing else is next to impossible, even when it is fresh (new)But the law does not look favorably on opening old cases that have been disposed, especially if you had an attorney the first time.

Yes, I have had judges review unfair sentences like that by re-opening the case and reducing the sentence so a person can get their license once otherwise eligible under the law.

No. But you can try to expunge it after you are done with probation.
