Is there a way I can get my license back?

I am 24 years old. How long do I have to wait to get my license back and what can I do to get it back?

Sure, there is always a way. The question is why was it taken and are you eligible to take your yearly chance at DAAD.

That depends on what you lost it for and for how long. You will need to make sure that all your driver's responsibility fees are paid and then apply for a hearing with the DAAD once you have waited the proper amount of time. You really need to strongly consider hiring an attorney that does a lot of these hearings because if you represent yourself statistics have shown that your chances of success are quite low and if you lose, you have to wait an entire year before you can apply again. A good attorney is well worth the investment because they know the pitfalls and know how to help you prepare for the hearing and get the letters of reference you need.

It depends on how many drunk drivings you have been convicted of and how many years apart they are. I can't answer without this information. .
