More details to this question:
I was convicted of my 2nd DUI on 08-30-13. My first DUI conviction was 08-05-04. I was pulled over on a residential street that has no center divided lines and is narrow. The officer said he pulled me over for my dark window tint and cause I was driving in the middle of the street.

You can have an appellate attorney review the records to see if there are any issues that can be brought up. It sounds like they had valid reasons to pull you over. However, there may be other issues from the case that could be brought up to the appellate courts.

There is not enough information to determine if there are grounds for an appeal. The officer appears to have pulled you over for at least "facially" valid reasons. There may have been other things that occurred during the trial that might make an appeal worth looking into. You should first discuss with your trial attorney. But there are time frames in which to preserve an appeal and you should act very promptly.

You need more information. Did you have a lawyer, if so you should discuss your appellate rights and chances. If not, what will you appeal? Did you run a motion to suppress? Were you convicted at the conclusion of a jury trial? These are things that are normally appealed, if you didn't have a lawyer you may be able to withdraw your plea and then hire a lawyer to file and argue a suppression motion or set your case for a jury trial where twelve people listen to the evidence and make a decision of your guilt or innocence beyond a reasonable doubt.

Winning a DUI appeal is very difficult, and quite costly (easily $5,000.00 plus). If the officer had a valid reason to stop you (i.e., you were driving in the middle of the street), and if the blood test or Breathalyzer were properly administered/maintained, you might be better off saving your money to hire an attorney to restore your driving privileges after your period of revocation has expired.
