Shouldn’t the driving record disappear after I turned 18?

I got a DUI when I was 12 in 2004. I’m now 21 and having trouble getting my license. Shouldn’t the driving record disappear after I turned 18? What do I need to do to remove this entirely?

A conviction for DUI remains on your driving record forever. There is no way to remove the DUI from your driving record.

You can't, driving offenses like this NEVER disappear.

Nope. Don't confuse your criminal record in court, which gets sealed, with your driving record.
