More details to this question:
I left a bar and didn't realize that the street was a One Way. There were no signs indicating that when exiting the parking lot. I realized almost immediately that I was going the wrong way, so I stopped to gather my thoughts and figure out what to do. Then the cop showed had me move, asked me 5 times my name, address, what I was doing and my answer was the same each time. Then he had me do the field sobriety tests. I advised him I am handicapped. I did good on those. Then he asked me to take a breathalyzer test and I asked him why. He then said that I had refused and could not ask me anymore questions. Then handcuffed me and took me to the doctors hospital for a BAC and breathalyzer. He would not give me either results, booked me then let me go.

You can call the police department and ask them if you are being charged with a crime. If you are in Missouri, you can check on "Casenet" and see if there is a case pending against you.

Were you given a notice to appear? Was your license taken? These are usual indicators that you are facing DUI charges.

Yes you did, and you need to hire a DUI specialist, and do it soon because you have only 10 days to save your license.
