What are the requirements on getting my license back?

My DUI suspension for underage is finally over and I am going to DMV this week.

Your question is vague. Is this your first or? You will have to provide proof of insurance. You will be should be able to have your driving privileges reinstated. There are different requirements for each set of circumstances. Nothing is easy. Good luck!!!

If you were convicted of 23152 and your blood alcohol level was below a .20 %, you should have been ordered by the court to attend and complete a 3-month long DUI program. With that program and proof of insurance (SR-22) you should be able to get your license fully reinstated. The fees the DMV charges is $125.

You will need proof of insurance, SR22 form. There will probably be a reinstatement fee, usually $125. If it was you were ordered to do a program, then proof of that program, in case the DMV did not get proof from the provider. Those are the basics.
