What can I do if I was recently stopped because my tail light is out?

More details to this question:
Passed test w.04, a. 08 is required for conviction of DWI in Texas. My question is will this affect my CDL in any way since no charges or conviction were ever given. I was released from p.d. with no charges filed. Thanks.

Depends on if in commercial vehicle, if confiscated your license and other factors.

No. won't affect you at all. No charge no nothing. Sounds like you're good. However CDL does have a limit of 0.04 but have to be driving the rig at that time and they charge you with DWI.
