My boyfriend of 2 years was pulled over and got a DUI, he took all the classes and they took it off his record, but now he has a court date in a couple months to find out if he is getting deported or not. Depending on his current age, he may be eligible for DACA (deferred action for childhood arrivals). If he is not eligible and if he entered the US illegally with his parents, there isn't really anyone can do about his removal from the US because, if DACA is not available to him, then there does not seem to be any other form or relief for him based on the information you provided. If he has a court date with the immigration court, he should not attend that hearing without an attorney. An immigration attorney should be consulted so that all his options are explored and considered.

If he entered lawfully and you are a U.S. citizen and planning to get married to him, you may be able to file a petition for him so he could apply for a green card. Consult an immigration lawyer to know the options available to him.

Your question requires an attorney consultation. It is not a simple question that can be answered on this type of forum. There are many factors that would need to be considered and evaluated. I strongly suggest that your boyfriend contact an experienced immigration attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding his situation. (S)he would then be in a better position to analyze his case and advise him of his options.
