What happens if my husband gets a DUI with occupational license?

Asked on Sep 24th, 2013 on DUI/DWI - Michigan
More details to this question:
What happens if my husband gets a DUI? He has a suspended license (for an uninsured accident), and there is a judgment against him. So if he does get a DUI, and already has a suspended license, would he most likely be facing jail time?

That depends on a lot of factors including who the judge is, who the prosecutor is, and what their normal policy is for dealing with such cases. Speak with an experienced DUI attorney in that area for a better answer.

That really depends on how good his lawyer is. He needs to hire a DUI specialist, and do it soon because he has only 10 days to save his license.
