What is he facing and what can he do in the mean time after getting a DUI while on probation?

My husband just got out of prison after serving 22 months for a DUI. He was put on probation in March. He was doing well these past months but was arrested for a DUI felony yesterday morning and was released last night with a court date in a month.

He is facing another felony charge and an additional allegation of a prior prison term. Could be 4 years top with other prison priors adding an additional year each.

Your husband has 2 problems: a probation violation and his 2Nd DUI. If charged as a felony, he is looking at a potential jail sentence of 1 to 3 years on the 2nd DUI, plus possibly additional jail time for the probation violation.
