He got a DWI last year and turned himself in April 10, 2013. He was on parole for burglary for 6 years. He's completed 1 year and 5 months. What could possibly happen in this situation they said it’s a misdemeanor not felony. I need advice please and thank you.

Look at the max on what he signed up for on the original probation that he was on parole. Could be liable for the max.
