More details to this question:
I got my 1st DUI back in November 2012. I have a major depression and had not been drinking. I got into my van and intended to crash on a very bad road in our area, in a suicide attempt. Hours later started to drink, I wanted to make sure I would go though with ending my life . Long story short the cops where called, I have not been defended by the court attorneys well and now I just want to end this dumb mistake I made. I have an appeal for non-compliance and was hoping since this all happen almost a year ago there was something I could do to defend myself against jail time?

Your situation does not look good, however, that doesn't mean it is without hope. I would suggest having you or your attorney strongly urge the court for some in patient counseling which from the sound of things you could really use. Some courts and judges will go for this and I think if you sell it correctly, you might have a good chance of going to a mental health facility as opposed to jail. Make sure you are represented by the best of OWI attorney in your area that you can afford. I wish you well.
