What should I expect from my DWI case if I have a clear record?

More details to this question:
Officer pulled me over for speeding going 50 on 40. I failed the FST and passed the BAC Test with .075 and .07% (Took hour between because they pull over another DWI suspect). I told the officer that I had few beers.

Hopefully a good DWI attorney can get it dismissed. Going to really depend on the quality of your attorney.
