What will my sentence be for a third DUI and DWL charge?

More details to this question:
I’m charged driving while intoxicated for the third time and aggravated driving without license in New York. These charges are both felonies. What can I be sentenced of?

Jail or prison. You just do not seem to learn better so they will incarcerate you.

You should retain a good criminal lawyer as you are likely to get a year or more in jail or prison. You need to get into an inpatient program and stop drinking before you kill yourself or some other driver. The judge will see you as a repeat offender that is a threat to the community if they were all within a few years. If they were spread out over 20 years it is not as bad, especially if you have a family, a good job, and a good record other than the DWI cases.
