When will a minor loose the 0 tolerance infraction?

More details to this question:
I received a citation for DUI at age 19 in California with a .01 BAC. How long before this will not show up on my driving record and will my insurance will go down?

Your conviction will be on your DMV for 10 years. I don't know when your insurance will go down. That is up to your insurance company and it may be reduced slowly, not all at once.

It is treated as any other DUI in California. That means 10 years administratively, i.e. before the law will cease to treat you as if you had a prior DUI. Concerning your insurance co, each insurance company has their own terms. Many use 5 years.
