Depends upon what jurisdiction you are in, however, I have never seen a Judge not allow a defendant to set up a payment plan.

Most judges will if you ask them. They are usually more concerned with you making some effort as opposed to no effort at all. Generally, you will have the entire length of your probation to pay your fines and costs.

If you were drinking WHILE driving it means your body was definitely still absorbing alcohol which in turn means that the breath tests are meaningless. You need to fight this.

Instead of worrying about the payments, you need to focus your attention on how you can avoid being convicted. You need to hire a DUI specialist, and do it soon because you have only 10 days to save your license.
