Will I be in some sort of trouble because it was my car?

More details to this question:
My friend from out of state visited my city and we went out to party. We got drunk and I was sleeping in my car in the passenger seat. She drove my car without me knowing it because I passed out. I only knew about it when the cops are trying to wake me up because she got pulled over. The worst thing is she was driving without a license and her visa just expired.

If you were not cited, then you most likely have nothing to worry about. Your friend on the other could be looking at some possible jail time for driving without a license and could be deported for overstaying her visa.
