QUESTION

Will I go to jail if I recently violated because I was driving?

Asked on Jul 23rd, 2017 on DUI/DWI - Florida
More details to this question:
I am currently on probation for a DUI. I wasn't pulled over but the incident that occurred required driver information exchange (civil) and the other arson was at fault. The officer didn't arrest me at the time even after running my license. My PO called me in and said that she would be violating me because the report came across her desk and gave me a court date.

There is no Yes/No answer. What happens is dependent on the Judge. Most will consider why you violated the court's Order.
