More details to this question:
My friends were out drinking and crashed there vehicle. Nobody was inside the vehicle when police arrived and there where no witnesses. The friend driving was interviewed and then told to leave with no field testing or anything and he was the driver. The cops took in friend 2 and he blew and was over the legal limit and they are trying to charge him with a DUI. What will happen if friend one comes clean and admits he was driving?

This is a very important charge and the defenses may result in someone wrongfully convicted. Please contact a criminal defense lawyer immediately to discuss the case and your rights.
