Will this bench warrant show up in a different state?

More details to this question:
I recently got a DUI but I never went to court and received a bench warrant. Now Iโ€™m in a different state.

Possibly. If it does I am sure it will be the least convenient time.

Sure will. You should hire a lawyer to go to court to recall the warrant. A lawyer can do this without you present, so it is less risky for you.

Unfortunately it will! There is now a national registry if you have a warrant for DUI. That means you will not be able to get a license anywhere else. Here's what you need to do, hire a lawyer, get them to clear your warrant, take care of your business then move. If you haven't entered a plea and your case is pretty old then there is a way that it can be dismissed completely.

You have plenty of options without returning to the state. But each option includes retaining an attorney to appear on your behalf because you are unable to without the additional travel costs. So my advice is to contact an attorney such as myself for a free consultation. I wish you the best.
