QUESTION

Can sue my college for withdrawing me without my knowledge?

More details to this question:
I took a leave of absence due to a new job I acquired. With this new job a got a union and acquired classes to advance my career. I took another leave of absence at the first week of school. I got an email back saying I was withdrawn from college. I was never notified or asked to come in and speak to anyone. it was done without my knowledge. Now I have student loans to pay back. I have been trying to further my career so I can pay my student loans back and still afford living. I did decide I wasn't going to further with the career I was taking in this college but at least I would get my associates since this school doesn't allow me to transfer my credits and other schools don't accept my credits. I feel since they withdrew me and I can't further this education with my credits nor I want to finish school with them since they are not trust worthy they should pay my student loans back.

The loan is a deal between you and the bank.  You are going to have to pay.  As to the school, if you feel you were improperly kicked out, you need to appeal that decision to whomever the appeal goes to.
