So this is my story I was ended up in jail when I was in jail I ended up finding out the girl I was with had a kid and I knew it wasn’t mine how would it be when I was in jail so she kept saying that it was mine and kept saying it so when we did the dna genetic testing turns out that child wasn’t mine but the child support is still charging to pay child support when they know it’s not mine And also her knowing it wasn’t my child please help I need a lawyer to help me out in my case fast because they shouldn’t have put my name out there knowing that the child wasn’t mine
You need to make a motion in the child support case to terminate the support order because the DNA evidence proves that the child is not yours. File the motion with the clerk of court and serve it on your ex girlfriend. Once the Judge reviews the DNA results, the order will be terminated.
